Rules & Regulations

To redeem an award please go to the "Get Rewards" page and select the award(s) you wish to receive.

  • You may only use "Verified Points" to redeem awards.
  • Your Dealership must be in good credit standing for awards claims to be processed.
  • Your award will be shipped surface freight at no charge, if you wish you may supply a UPS or Fed-x account number for faster shipping times.
  • In order to remain active with ProRewards.com you must sell at least one qualifying item every 90 days (you have 30 days to post the sale).
  • Your points never expire as long as you post a qualifying sale every 90 days.
  • You must submit your sales claim within 30 days of making the sale. Sales older than 30 days are not eligible.
  • Only products purchased within the previous 12 months are eligible to be claimed for points.
  • Only eligible products purchased directly from American Music & Sound can be claimed for points.
  • You must submit a legible copy of your invoice to the end-user along with your ProRewards sales claim. Invoice must include name, address and phone number of the end-user, and serial number of the product.
  • Only salespeople of authorized American Music & Sound dealers for the specific qualifying products are eligible to participate in ProRewards.
  • Owners and Management of dealerships are not eligible to participate in ProRewards.
  • A salesperson may claim an award from any category regardless of whether or not they are an authorized dealer for that product line.
  • Points are deducted for products that are returned by customers.
  • American Music & Sound reserves the right to approve or disapprove any sale and/or participant at any time.
  • Product Awards may change without notice.
  • Point awards and redemption point values are subject to change without notice.
